Firepit Thursday night racing series 

As the cold of winter bites, we're bringing the heat!

Hot racing, chilled vibes. Night racing at it's finest.

Think you know the Kaiteriteri Mountain bike park? Think again.

You'll be racing trails in the dark, more often than not, in reverse!

Guaranteed to get you second guessing!

After an hour of hot laps, you'll finish at the Fire Pit for a snag, a beer and a bunch of yarns.

What to bring...

You'll need your fastest XC weapon here and a lighting system that turns night into day. 

If you don't have either, that's ok. Run what ya brung.

Gravel bikes might be ok. Trail bikes & E bikes are definitely ok. Kids bikes absolutely ok. 

This is all about community, getting together, sharing good times and of course ....smashing your mates ;)

Entry fees...

$10 per entry for Hivepass members and kids

$15 for non-members

RACE1       Thursday 10th July

RACE2       Thursday 24th July

RACE3       Thursday 7th August

RACE4       Thursday 21st August

Race info...

Racing starts at 6.30pm and lasts for 1 hour 

Each race will have a different course.

Some might be shorter, multi-lap.

Some will be longer single laps.

All XC style tracks, you won't be riding the gnarlier Enduro style trails like Karmakaze or Bad Jelly.

Racing may be postponed in the event conditions get really nasty.

If it's raining, we probably won't be racing.
